He is a new character introduced in New Little King's Story. He is one of King Corobo's Ministers. 

Biography 

He is one of King Corobo's Ministers and also a nephew of Howser. 

He first aids King Corobo escape when The Nightmare attack the castle trough a underground tunnels with the royal guards.
