This page refers to a region without a given name. The name used is therefore unofficial.

The "Inner Valley Clifftop" refers to the area atop the inner cliff of the Dark Valley in the Onii Kingdom. Initially, Oniis throw pots and rocks from atop this cliff into the main path below to prevent King Corobo from invading the kingdom, but the area becomes fully accessible after the fall of the Onii King.

Geography

This tall cliff forms one of two walls that create the main path through the Dark Valley, along with the outer clifftop on the other side. While originally an inaccessible Onii post, a set of stone stairs to the clifftop is able to be constructed at the Thrown Pot Mound after Corobo defeats the Onii King and returns to the Valley. The clifftop hugs the southeastern side of the tall, unclimbable mountains that surround the Valley of Memories. It features numerous trees and the Oniis' signature stone piles. Montezuma's Castle-like cubbyholes lie within the cliff's face.

The staircase is located near the north of this clifftop. Taking a slightly hidden path that continues north to the end leads to a clump of pots containing an Art Piece and an Escargoo. Corobo can drop off the cliff here and land on the hill that contains a Hot Spring and blue tree in the Onii Grounds.

Southwest from the staircase is a path to a part of the cliff that protrudes southward. The southernmost point of the clifftop houses a rock covering a hole with a gold bar. A small neighbouring ledge containing several destroyable bushes sits at the west face of this cliff, allowing Corobo to safely drop back down to the main path just next to the entrance to the Valley of Memories.
