UMA Book Description | An UMA that's hard and tastes horrible. |
The Turniphead (カブりもん, Kaburimon) is the first UMA that Corobo encounters on his adventure. They can sometimes disguise themselves as turnip obstacles and leap out of the ground, or hide inside giant turnips. During the Guardian Radeeze battle, some of Corobo's army may get turned into Turnipheads when bitten.

The Japanese name is specifically a pun on カブ kabu ("turnip") and 頭 kaburi ("head").
The Spanish version uses a somewhat outdated colloquial suffix that is added to nouns for a friendly effect. A similar thing happens with the Radeeze.
