The Zombie (ゾンビ, Zonbi) is an undead UMA that only appears at Haunted Zone 2 in Skull Plains under certain conditions. It is a weak enemy that rises from the earth and leaves a pool of poison upon defeat. Soldiers are unable to grab onto them, and must solely attack on foot.
Zombies have blue skin, scraggly purple hair, and hollow red eyes. Their heads are long, and their soul floats a few inches from it. They wear rags, have one arm missing, and wield a sword that resembles a gravestone. Ghosts float out of its corpse when it is slain.
Unless the player receives a Generated Quest that includes it, the Zombie is a potentially difficult UMA to find. If a Ripped Miner or Craftian break one of tombstones in the cemetery, then two Zombies will often rise from the ground together.
If the golden tombstone housing an Art piece is broken, then a modified golden-colored Zombie arises, who has more Life and drops expensive spoils upon defeat. However, its death causes a breakable wooden tombstone to block the exit and a hoard of fifteen Zombies to rise from the ground. If all fifteen are killed, then another group will take their place.

Etymology
The zombie is a popular mythical creature hailing from Haitian folklore, which takes the form of a reanimated corpse. Its name is of West African origin.

Trivia
- The Zombie the only UMA with a true desperation attack, intended to deal damage after it has died.
- The Onii Ball can also deal damage while it is in the process of dying, but not after it has disappeared, unlike the Zombie.
