The Vacuum Onii (そうじ鬼, Sōji oni) is an UMA. It is a vacuum cleaner piloted by two Oniis.

Attacks

Vacuum Onii can vacuum citizens up which is a one hit kill and can be a devastating attack as it can hit several people at once if not foreseen. They can also do a charge attack. They are easy to defeat, so long as one have quick reflexes, and good timing, they can be easily disposed of. One of these plus a Fan Onii make up the "Appliance Gang", a target for certain quests.

The Japanese name uses the word 掃除 sōji, meaning "clean", but written in katakana, followed by the kanji 鬼 oni. This is odd, as most types of Onii use the katakana オニー Onī.

The French name shortens the word for "vacuum", aspirateur.

Oddly, the German name makes no reference to the Oniis that pilot the vehicle. There is a similar occurrence with the Fan Onii.

The Spanish name combines demonio, the word used for the Onii, and aspirador, which means "vacuum cleaner".
